The 4-Tower was developed as an internal initiative to improve the facility planning outcomes of health organizations. This effort focused on developing an advanced medical equipment Product Sourcing and Planning Platform to manage the ever-increasing complexities, costs, and design impacts associated with the medical equipment component of all health facility construction projects.
Our software solution addresses several major issues faced by the planning community and the complexity of the projects they manage including:
